Step Two, Faith/Believing

Hebrews 11:6

6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and the he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Mark 16:16

16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

John 14:6

6 Jesus answered, "I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Acts 4:12

12 "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name  under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Faith/Believing

Faith is much more than just believing that God and His Son Jesus Christ exist. Faith is that, but also a belief that God will reward you through Jesus Christ for earnestly seeking Him The reward is salvation and eternal life in heaven

We must have faith that God through Jesus Christ will save us. And as a result of that faith, we're done looking for any other way to be saved, because Jesus is it-He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
